Welcome and thank you for you interest in my massage therapy practice.  I have been a practicing bodyworker since 1996 and a massage therapist and business owner since 2001.  I am currently leaving a thriving waitlist practice in Montclair, NJ to return to Maine and a simpler more nature-based lifestyle.  

I am passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies.

I believe that no one knows your body as well as you do.  I am a team member in helping you to find comfort in your own skin. I have trained extensively in many massage therapy and related bodywork modalities and use all the tools in my toolbox to help assist you in feeling your best.  I listen deeply to what you and your body are saying and tailor each session accordingly.

We are constantly changing and never present in the same way.  Each personalized session is designed to meet you where you are in that moment.  This is why I take a more intuitive approach instead of pulling from a recipe box. No need to pick from a menu as I will use the tools needed in the moment to move you forward.

I am trained in Deep Tissue, Swedish, Mana Lomi, Myofascial Release, La Stone Hot Stone, Medical Massage, Sports Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Structural Integration, Aromatherapy and Raindrop Technique. I am also an active member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
