Thank you for your interest in my counseling practice. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for more than fifteen years, providing psychotherapy services to teenagers and adults. I specialize in treating symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress related to relationships, and trauma.
I am passionate about helping people achieve more meaningful, fulfilled lives. You will find me to be straightforward, caring, and compassionate. People are often surprised by how often we laugh in session. I utilize an integrated therapy approach and draw from cognitive- behavioral and interpersonal approaches. Together, we will identify behaviors and thoughts that are holding you back or causing you pain so you can implement helpful alternatives.
